SHIPPING POLICY

At Patriotic American Gear, we work hard to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. During periods of high demand, product launches, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 Business Days

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays beyond our control.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Patriotic American Gear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Patriotic American Gear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist by providing tracking information when possible.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability may vary by location.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing.
