RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Patriotic American Gear, we take pride in providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

  • Returned with original tags (if applicable)

Items returned that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as non-returnable

HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for inspection

  • 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size received

  • Defective products

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items shipped

Inventory availability may affect exchange options.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective

  • The item was damaged in transit

  • We shipped the wrong product

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled before processing begins.

Once an order has entered production or shipment processing, cancellation requests may not be possible.
